Position: Trainee Manager / Account Executive Based, Relocation to India After 6–9 Months)

We are hiring for a Trainee Manager / Account Executive positions based in London for a structured 6–9 month development program, followed by relocation to India (Hyderabad or Mumbai) depending on business needs and candidate performance.

This pathway is designed for individuals aiming to accelerate their sales career in a region with significant growth potential.

Role Overview

Phase 1:
London Training & Production (Months 1–6/9)

  • During the London phase, you will:
  • Prospect and build relationships with C-level executives across Asia-focused Summits.
  • Drive new business through high-activity outreach (phone, email, Linked In).
  • Conduct structured needs-analysis and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Maintain strict KPI discipline and CRM accuracy.
  • Participate in intensive sales coaching, tape reviews, and weekly performance development.
  • Attend international Summits when needed.

This phase is designed to assess both sales performance and early leadership potential.

Phase 2:
Relocation to India (Hyderabad or Mumbai)

After the London phase, subject to successful performance against agreed targets, you will transition permanently to our established India operations.

  • In India, responsibilities will include:
  • Driving new business for Asia-region Summits.
  • Building repeat business and managing long-term relationships.
  • Maintaining consistent KPI standards and pipeline growth.
  • Contributing to the development of the regional sales operation.
Important

There is potential for you to assume a more senior role in India, based on performance, leadership capability, and business requirements. This will be determined through clear performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience.
  • Experience selling high-value services or solutions is preferred.
  • Confident, proactive communicator with strong cold-calling ability.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong questioning skills.
  • Disciplined hunter mentality with relationship-building ability.
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Must be fully committed to relocating to India after the London phase.
  • Ideal for candidates planning a long-term move back to India or open to building their career in the region.
Compensation & Relocation Structure London Phase
  • Competitive London salary structure with base + guaranteed onboarding commission.
  • Uncapped commission on monthly revenue.
  • Business travel opportunities to major international Summit destinations.
India Phase

Upon relocation:

  • Compensation will transition to an India-based package aligned with internal structures and local market levels.
  • Commission and incentives follow the India Summits model.
  • Top performers may be eligible for expanded responsibilities and corresponding compensation progression.
  • Relocation support provided, including:
  • Limited moving support
  • Full onboarding into the India office

Specific India compensation details will be finalized during later interview stages to ensure alignment with business requirements and local benchmarks.

Development & Training Path
  • Extensive onboarding and sales training in London.
  • Daily coaching from senior leadership.
  • Weekly tape reviews and live-call training.
  • Access to global LMS and advanced sales development tools.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level sales cycles and C-suite negotiations.
