We are looking for a field salesperson to join our Southwest team, which covers central London and some surrounding counties. The candidate will ideally live in and around West or Northern London. The successful candidate will be responsible for all independent and buying group customers within the territory.
The team consists of 4 Business Development Managers and this role would suit an individual that is proactive, has strong relationship building skills, enthusiastic and a desire to succeed.
Purpose of the RoleTo maximise sales and profitability through the education, and relationship management of customers and potential customers within the Distribution Market.
The OpportunityAchieving Sales and margin budget for the region.
Develop strategies to achieve company targets.
Growth of Market share across the Independent and buying group Distribution Market.
Measure for success by utilising the CRM system.

The SkillsStrong field sales experience within the construction industry.
Strategic management of area to maximise sales and profitability.
Ability to develop strong customer relationships. Industry knowledge would be advantageous.
Must be I.T Literate and have working knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated and results driven.

What we need from youMinimum of 2 years field sales experience.
Proven track record of delivering results.
Must live in the area to be covered.
Must be I.T literate and have working knowledge of CRM systems.
Industry/competitor knowledge would be advantageous.
