Location: Greater London

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic senior sales Negotiator to join our award winning team. This senior role is essential in helping the company continue to grow its market share in 2026, while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the property market have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

You will be expected to cover valuations and be a strong valuer with a proven track record. Most importantly you will be expected to generate valuations from your interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings of properties for potential buyers , showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve satisfactory agreements for all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions within the company’s database.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless process from initial inquiry through to completion of sale.
Skills
  • Strong administrative experience to manage documentation and maintain organised records efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous, allowing for better service to a wider range of clients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
