A well-established residential developer is launching a brand-new scheme in Peckham, and they need a commercial, street-smart New Homes Sales Consultant who can step in, take ownership, and convert strong buyer demand into reservations and exchanges.

Think of this as a 6-month sales project: clear product, strong location, realistic pricing, and genuine commission potential. If you re between roles, enjoy contract work, or simply want a focused run where performance is rewarded, this is a smart move.

What you ll be doing
  • Selling new build homes off-plan and on-site.

  • Managing the full buyer journey from enquiry to exchange.

  • Conducting viewings and converting leads.

  • Handling objections and progressing reservations.

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to hit targets.

  • Maintaining CRM records and pipeline visibility.

This is a sales-led role, not admin-heavy, with a clear focus on results.

Working pattern
  • 7-day scheme, working 5 days per week

  • Weekend cover required (with midweek time off)

  • Hours: 10am - 5pm

  • 6-month fixed-term contract

  • February start

About you

To succeed here, you ll likely have:

  • Proven New Homes sales experience (essential).

  • A commercial, target-driven mindset.

  • Confidence dealing with first-time buyers and London movers.

  • Strong closing skills and objection handling.

  • Comfort working weekends in a sales environment.
