About

the Role

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and maximising excellent working relationships with Bushnell Golf's largest and most influential accounts across the United Kingdom and Europe. The role focuses on owning key account relationships, driving sales performance, delivering revenue targets, and supporting the brand’s strategic growth within the golf industry. In addition to sales performance goals, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the brand is positioned appropriately, and messages are communicated accurately throughout retailer and media marketing channels.

As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the success of the business, while also managing some smaller in‑house sales accounts, helping to build out sales and stock forecasts, and to provide support to other team members as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Key Accounts, In‑house Accounts and corporate/partner accounts to maximise opportunities, sales growth, and brand exposure.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards are optimised across all key partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing to deliver account‑specific promotional, digital and in‑store activation initiatives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and promotional programs to maximise profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the account base.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and support brand visibility through working collaboratively with internal and external marketing teams.
  • Provide accurate, timely reports and maintain a clear understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM database records and data entry to ensure the information available to the team is of the highest quality and accuracy.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in key account management or national account sales, within the golf or sports industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build high‑value, long‑term partnerships.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue and growth.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, with experience using sales reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Expectation to regularly travel nationally and internationally to meet with accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

  • Confident communicator who can influence internally and externally.
  • Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
  • Passion for golf or the sports industry (preferred).
