• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to help grow local market share
• Proactively sourcing new leads through the internal database
• Scheduling market appraisals
• Contacting new clients in emerging markets to support business expansion
• Supporting colleagues to help generate new business opportunities
• Converting market appraisals into instructions
• Conducting outbound outreach and advising clients on the property market
• Undertaking any additional duties required to support the wider team

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Team-oriented mindset

• Basic salary: £25,000
• Initial guaranteed earnings: £35,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): £45,000

• Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm (office-based)
