The Company:
A global trading company within a major automotive group, operating worldwide across automotive, industrial, agricultural, and high-technology sectors

Main duties:
Act as a bilingual (French/English) coordinator between group companies, sales teams, distributors, suppliers, and service providers to support the international supply and distribution of automotive products

The Role:

- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and resolve issues
- Plan and manage international shipments, logistics, export clearance, and insurance
- Prepare and issue all shipping, customs, and dangerous goods documentation accurately and on time
- Manage invoicing, payments, AR/AP accounts, and customer credit limits
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
- Help analyse gross profit, P&L, and month/year-end financial results
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide French/English support driving continuous improvement and supporting team activities.

The candidate:
- Fluent in French to a very high standard – Essential
- Previous experience in Exports logistics
- Knowledge of IMCO terms

- Experience with in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Able to work under pressure

Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
