We are recruiting a Sales Manager to build and scale a UK sales engine for a high-growth AI vision and telematics SaaS solution focused on SME fleet operators.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in a builder environment, owns the full sales cycle, and can create predictable, repeatable revenue.

The Role

* Own UK new business sales for an AI-driven fleet safety and telematics platform

* Generate £1.5m–£2m ARR through direct sales to SME fleets

* Build and maintain a 3× qualified pipeline with strong CRM discipline

* Drive outbound prospecting, value-led selling and long-cycle deal management

* Close 25–35 SME fleet customers and deliver strong retention

* Establish strategic partnerships (insurance, leasing, fleet services)

* Implement a repeatable sales process within the first 90 days

* Hire, onboard and coach 1–2 sales executives as the function scales

* Provide structured market and product feedback to senior leadership

About You

* Proven B2B SaaS, telematics, fleet, AI or safety technology sales experience

* Comfortable selling complex, value-based solutions to owner-led and operational buyers

* Strong pipeline management, forecasting and data-driven decision making

* Self-starter with high integrity, resilience and ownership mindset

* Experience building sales motion from low inbound environments

Package

* £60,000 base salary

* Uncapped commission (OTE £120,000)
