The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team. You will identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers
- Research and target key accounts and decision makers
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide feedback to improve messaging and targeting
- 1-2 years of SDR or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and motivated self-starter
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
