Parts Sales Advisor

We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity with our client for the role of Parts Sales Advisor. Our client, a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group operating across London, Kent, and Surrey for over 70 years, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Advisor to join their team in Croydon.

• Salary circa £31,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Responding to customer sales, orders, queries, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Escalating customer issues to senior parts advisors or management when necessary
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures during customer interactions
• Following up on calls to confirm customer satisfaction
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies through training sessions
• Clarifying customer requests to provide appropriate solutions
• Upselling products and services to meet sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Managing parts look-up and pre-picking customer orders
  
  Supporting other team members to ensure a smooth parts sales operation

• At least 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership or similar automotive environment
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
• Ability to upsell products and reach sales targets
• Adept at managing customer relationships and records
• Knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to quickly locate and pre-pick parts orders
• Motivated to develop career within the automotive industry
• Reliable with a professional attitude and a commitment to excellent service
