We’re working with a high-growth, international events organisation that’s looking to add a driven Business Development Manager to its commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships, selling tailored sponsorship solutions across a portfolio of large-scale, international events. With strong backing, clear progression pathways, and exposure to global markets, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious sales professional ready to step up.

What will this role include? 🔎
  • Identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities through consultative, insight-led sales conversations
  • Managing and growing key client accounts, creating repeat and multi-event partnerships
  • Owning revenue targets across multiple events and taking full accountability for performance
  • Building bespoke commercial solutions aligned to clients’ growth and marketing objectives
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure sponsors receive a high-quality, end-to-end experience
  • Developing deep market knowledge and positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner
The ideal candidate will have / be: 🎯
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within events, media, or sponsorship-led environments
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading commercial discussions
  • Highly target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple revenue streams
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated by progression and performance-based rewards
