OTC Sales Trader Crypto Market

We are hiring a senior OTC Sales / Trader to build and monetise a crypto OTC franchise. This role is for someone who already controls client flow, understands how to price risk in fast markets, and can convert relationships into sustained revenue.

• Build, own, and scale a profitable OTC client book across crypto spot and options
• Originate and execute high-volume OTC trades with institutional and professional clients
• Drive options flow, including complex and bespoke structures
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key OTC relationships
• Partner closely with trading and risk teams to manage exposure and optimise pricing
• Expand market share by onboarding new clients and increasing wallet share from existing accounts

• 3+ years in a crypto OTC sales or sales-trading role
• Proven history of originating flow

• Verifiable, transferable client relationships with consistent trading activity
• Strong experience in options flow or derivatives-driven OTC business
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue in a competitive OTC environment
• Commercially aggressive, relationship-led, and outcome-driven
• Experience at a crypto-native OTC desk, market maker, or liquidity provider
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and client behaviour

• Track record of sustained OTC volumes and repeat client activity
• Evidence of expanding client books and growing wallet share
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
