Sales Executive - Virtual Events Sales Executive | Business Development Manager | Sales Manager £35k-£70k base  uncapped commission UK & US markets | Remote The role A fast-growing international events business with over 700 employees worldwide is expanding its sales teams and hiring experienced sponsorship sales professionals to support its 1-2-1 virtual events portfolio. You'll be selling high-value virtual events into IT, Cyber, Data, Martech and HR Tech markets, targeting director-level corporate decision makers across the UK and US.

Deal sizes range from £8k to £50k, with short sales cycles that allow you to start billing by your second month. Monthly targets are £20k, and achieving them enables you to more than double your base salary through uncapped commission, paid monthly. Regular monthly events ensure consistent earning opportunities rather than one-off annual deals. This is a full 360 sales role covering lead generation, cold calling, pitching and closing.

You'll generate your own leads using proven outreach systems and company-provided data, with access to additional sales development and lead generation support as you perform. Tools such as Linked In, Apollo and other prospecting platforms are used daily.
