About the Team
You'll be part of a friendly, motivated sales team responsible for driving delegate attendance across a portfolio of global events. The team is supportive, energetic, and target‑focused, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and delivering a high‑quality customer journey.
Training, equipment, and ongoing support are provided from day one.
The Role
As a German Speaking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling delegate places for a range of industry events. This is a varied, engaging role that involves speaking with potential attendees via phone, email, and social media, understanding their interests, and communicating the value of each event.
You'll work across multiple projects, manage your own pipeline, and play a key role in ensuring events are well attended and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell delegate places across a portfolio of in‑person and digital events.
Manage new and existing customer relationships, creating strong sales opportunities.
Qualify, grow, and maintain your own account list.
Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold high standards of communication.
Attend UK or international events as part of the on‑the‑day support team when required.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Experience in sales or customer experience (events or B2B sales is a bonus).
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Motivated, resilient, and able to work to targets.
Strong written communication and attention to detail
