The role

We’re looking for a highly driven, tech‑savvy Enterprise Business Development Representative who blends traditional outbound excellence with modern AI‑powered workflows. In this hybrid role, you’ll generate high‑quality pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team by combining account intelligence, multi‑channel outreach, and advanced AI tools to work smarter and deliver personalised, high‑impact engagement.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to execute account‑based strategies across the Eastern Europe and Africa region, using both proven BDR tactics and cutting‑edge automation to identify opportunities, get in front of decision‑makers, and convert interest into sales accepted leads.

Your Day‑to‑Day Core Enterprise BDR Responsibilities
  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow‑up on product inquiries.
  • Gather actionable account intelligence (competition, projects, intent signals, buying teams, etc.).
  • Convert marketing‑generated leads into sales accepted opportunities.
  • Run targeted email, phone, Linked In, and event follow‑up outreach sequences.
  • Execute cold‑calling and telephone‑based prospecting campaigns.
  • Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and demos for the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate activity notes in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
AI & Systems‑Driven Responsibilities
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Actively, Apollo, Outreach, Lavender, etc.) to research accounts, identify decision‑makers, and generate personalised messaging at scale.
  • Apply AI to translate, summarise, and tailor outreach for different regions or verticals.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and build efficient workflows using tools such as Zapier or native CRM automations.
  • Conduct data‑driven experiments to optimise sequences, messaging, subject lines, and engagement triggers.
  • Analyse performance metrics to improve conversion rates across channels.
  • Stay current on emerging AI platforms and integrate new capabilities into daily processes.
What You Bring
  • Solid experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in enterprise, SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical industries.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a goal‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and video).
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Lavender, Actively, Apollo, Outreach, Zapier, Gong or Notion) and creative use of AI to accelerate research, improve messaging, and enhance productivity.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset with curiosity for automation, martech, and AI‑driven improvements.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple outreach.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, influencers, and decision‑makers across enterprise accounts.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
