As a Mid-Market Account Executive on our dynamic sales team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Deliverect’s growth by acquiring key mid-market restaurant clients across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to our Head of Sales for Europe, you will lead the charge in a highly successful region, driving a dedicated new business approach to grow our customer base and solidify our market leadership.
This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously within a fun, international team, leveraging your network to transform how the hospitality industry connects with its customers.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our London office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.
What you will do- Drive New Business Acquisition:
Lead the commercial process from first contact to contract signature, focusing on high-growth acquisition of mid-market accounts. - Lead Proactive Generation:
Manage a healthy mix of inbound leads while building your own outbound pipeline through targeted lists and collaboration with various internal teams. - Expand Your Network:
Actively engage with the UK hospitality community by attending industry events, trade shows, and meet‑ups to build influential relationships with key stakeholders. - Conduct Strategic Sales Meetings:
Facilitate in-depth discovery and demo sessions with prospects to demonstrate how our integrated software and hardware solutions solve unique business challenges. - Collaborate Internationally:
Work closely with the wider European sales team and regional colleagues to share best practices and ensure a unified approach to market expansion. - Ensure Seamless Onboarding:
Perform a professional handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation and Account Management teams to guarantee long-term customer success and live activation. - Maintain CRM Excellence:
Apply CRM processes (Hub Spot) to ensure accurate forecasting, clear communication, and effective pipeline management.
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role, ideally within the Food‑Tech, Payments, or SaaS sectors.
- Native‑level English is required. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong plus.
- A pre‑existing network within the UK/Ireland hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred, allowing you to hit the ground running.
- Experience selling both software and hardware solutions; a background in Kiosk or POS systems is a significant plus.
- A proactive, autonomous mentality with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals independently.
- A positive Growth Mindset, We’re looking for someone who approaches challenges with curiosity, and a growth mindset in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C‑level and Director‑level executives.
