** Associate Account Manager**, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing enterprise customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives, acquire new enterprise customers, and expand revenue within existing accounts.

The Role ### 1. Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute
** strategic account plans
** to achieve sales targets and expand the enterprise customer base
* Collaborate with
** account specialists, solution consultants, product specialists, and marketing teams
** to deliver effective sales and renewal strategies
* Act as a
** customer advocate**, representing enterprise customer needs internally
* Consistently meet or exceed
** sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics**### 2. Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
* Drive
** new customer acquisition
** through targeted and strategic sales initiatives
* Identify, pursue, and close
** new business opportunities
** within assigned territories or market segments
* Expand existing accounts through
** upsell and cross‑sell
** opportunities* Build and maintain a robust and accurate
** sales pipeline**### 3. Customer Relationship Management
* Serve as the
** primary point of contact
** for customer inquiries, escalations, and ongoing engagement
* Establish and maintain
** strong, long‑term relationships
** with enterprise stakeholders
* Ensure high levels of
** customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
*** Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure
** smooth onboarding and ongoing value realization**### 4. Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
* Lead
** customer meetings**, presentations, and commercial discussions for complex enterprise opportunities
* Build a deep understanding of each customer’s
** business objectives, challenges, and success criteria

* Conduct
** regular business reviews
** to ensure alignment with customer goals and expansion opportunities### 5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Business, Marketing, or a related field**
* ** 3–5 years’ experience
** in account management or sales within the software or technology sector
* Proven track record of
** meeting or exceeding sales targets
*** Strong understanding of
** AI, SaaS, or software technology solutions
*** Excellent
** communication, negotiation, and presentation
** skills* Experience with
** solution selling**, strategic account planning, and value‑based conversations
* Proficiency using
** CRM systems and sales analytics tools**###

* MBA or other
** advanced business degree
