DescriptionAs an ETRM Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and business development efforts of our cross-asset portfolio and risk management platform with a focus on our energy and commodities client segment.
Our platform is API-enabled, cloud-ready, and designed to provide best-in‑class cross-asset, cross-instrument trade booking & lifecycle management, real time P&L, P&L explain, risk analytics, confirmations & reconciliations and overall portfolio management to our target clients of banks, funds and energy trading firms. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate the value of our technology to prospective clients and help drive revenue growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements, provide tailored demonstrations, and articulate with Sales how our solutions can address their business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between client challenges and the technical capabilities of our platform, ensuring a seamless pre‑sales / sales engineering experience.
Through detailed product demos and presentations, occasional proof‑of‑conception (PoC) engagements, and technical deep dives, you will empower prospects to make informed decisions while shaping our go‑to‑market strategy with valuable client insights. Your work will directly impact sales success, client satisfaction, and the overall growth of the company.
This role requires strong financial markets knowledge in the energy & commodities space, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to showcase our platform’s potential and competitive advantages.
