About the roleKey Responsibilities:
Promote AG’s paving and landscaping products to architects and specifiers.
Deliver CPD presentations and technical sessions to groups and individuals.
Plan and manage client meetings and professional development activities.
Use CRM to manage contacts and track specification growth.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Provide feedback to inform new product development.
Support clients and sales teams with technical advice on-site.
Advocate for AG’s culture and values in all interactions.

Renowned and respected designer, developer, manufacturer and distributor of best in class walling, paving and facing brick.
Required Criteria- Good geographical knowledge of the region.
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Math’s grade A-C.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum 3 years specification/ technical sales experience in the construction sector.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to recognise commercial opportunities and develop new business.
- Technically competent. Strong relationship builder.
- Strong networker /negotiator. Positive attitude. Reliable. Self-motivated.
- Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel throughout UK.
- Flexible to work additional hours and make overnight stays away from home as required.
- 3rd level qualification ideally from an Engineering or Architectural background.
- Knowledge of the construction industry
