As an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective commercial clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, developing rapport, and working toward clear, measurable goals.

• Make outbound calls to targeted commercial prospects
• Qualify leads based on company criteria
• Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and data in the CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly KPI targets
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Confident, articulate communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to overcome objections and maintain resilience
• Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting required
