Area Sales Manager

Position: Area Sales Manager (Contract)
This growing UK business operates in the spill control & containment solutions space, supplying products such as absorbents, spill kits, drum storage & liquid containment.

Their clients include well-known brands across Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Food and Pharmaceuticals.

They’re looking to appoint an Area Sales Engineer who will be responsible for 70% growing revenues within existing clients and 30% new business.

Based from home and in the Field you will be selling into companies across London & the South East

The Area Sales Manager will be supported by a strong marketing function and technical sales team and will typically be selling into departments such as Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Engineering & Facilities, with typical order values ranging between £5k–£75k.
The ideal candidate will have a sales background in technical or engineering sales into manufacturing/engineering environments, combined with experience of managing a sales territory.
The package includes:

* £55k–£65k base

* OTE c. £40k

* Company car, laptop & mobile

* Pension + 30 days holiday incl. BH
