Delegate Acquisition Executive - B2B Events
Location: Moorgate, Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office-based (Tuesday-Thursday), Monday & Friday WFH
Are you a proven B2B event delegate sales closer with a genuine hunter mentality? This is a role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys the chase, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to engage senior decision-makers globally.
You'll be speaking with C-suite and Director-level executives
, driving delegate acquisition for high-level, content-led business events. Your success will be rewarded directly through strong commission and bonuses.
A well-established B2B events organisation delivering exclusive, senior-level events for leaders within major national and international organisations. Events are delivered in live, virtual and bespoke formats
, operating under the Chatham House Rule
, with a strong reputation for quality, insight and seniority of audience.
You will be responsible for confirming high-quality senior delegates through proactive outbound activity across phone, email and Linked In.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (C-suite and Director level) from global organisations
- Develop a strong understanding of event topics and target audiences to ensure relevant outreach
- Drive delegate acquisition for live and bespoke events
- Self-source prospects through effective research and outbound activity
- Manage pipeline activity accurately using CRM tools
- Collaborate within a high-performing sales team, sharing insights and best practices
- Essential: Proven experience in B2B event delegate sales
, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets - Strong ability to self-generate leads and build pipeline independently
- Confident, professional and persuasive telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport quickly with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator (essential);
Zoom Info and Lusha advantageous - Highly proactive, resilient, target-driven and motivated by results
