In this role, you will own the pursuit and closure of large, complex deals as part of Akamai's expansion into the GPU market. You will operate as a hands‑on, senior individual contributor, driving strategic pursuits end‑to‑end and navigating sophisticated enterprise and cloud sales motions.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the pursuit and closure of large, complex strategic deals with full accountability for deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
  • Applying knowledge of the GPU and inference cloud ecosystem to position and sell advanced compute solutions.
  • Leading complex, cross‑functional deal teams by orchestrating stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, legal, finance, and partner organizations.
  • Working with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and resources.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Successful track record closing large, complex enterprise or cloud deals, including custom solutions and multi‑party sales motions.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, platforms, or advanced technology solutions, with experience selling into enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success operating as a senior individual contributor on high‑impact strategic opportunities with direct accountability for outcomes.
  • Enjoy partnering cross‑functionally globally with sales, product, engineering, legal, and partner teams.
