• Achieve and exceed sales target assigned
• Attend to customers’ enquiries on a timely basis
• Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints
• Maintain and develop customer relationships through an individual approach
• Engage in telemarketing to make appointments with potential leads
• Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity
• Process and arrange sales of product and liaise with internal department
• Consistent follow up after-sales and handle related paperwork
• Prepare for
  762 meeting and document sales activities
• Upkeep knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and product
• Perform other duties as assigned
