As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will generate high quality sales opportunities across Reward’s full commercial portfolio from activation engagement solutions via commerce media and insight products.
This role goes beyond traditional lead generation, requiring insight led conversations with senior stakeholders and close collaboration with Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships.
Job Requirements- 1–3+ years experience in SDR, BDR, or commercial roles
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, Mar Tech, Fin Tech, or data‑led environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially curious with strong organisational skills
- Ambition to progress into a closing or strategic commercial role
- Generate enterprise sales opportunities across activation/commerce media and insight solutions
- Research and map target accounts and stakeholders
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, Linked In, and account based outreach
- Qualify opportunities by understanding commercial objectives, existing infrastructure, budgets, and timelines
- Hold credible conversations with senior stakeholders across marketing, digital, loyalty, and commercial teams
- Position Reward as a strategic partner rather than a point solution
- Maintain a high quality pipeline in CRM
- Book discovery meetings for Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Share market feedback to inform and help shape go to market strategy
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
- Ability to buy and sell holiday days as well as the ability to bank days (tenure dependant)
