YOUR MISSION:
As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you play a central role in helping customers understand the real value of our conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey with us - shaping solutions, validating feasibility, and ensuring each engagement is grounded in business impact. Working in close partnership with Sales, you’ll run discovery, design architectures, lead technical evaluations, and support a seamless path from first conversation to successful project.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:- Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.
- Work closely with assigned sellers, co‑owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.
- Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
- Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales Enablement.
- Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company offsites.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer (or similar role) at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Strong technical depth - ideally spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles.
- Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A structured, calm approach to problem‑solving, even in high‑pressure situations.
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
