Leading visionary in B2B events seeks a highly ambitious, degree-educated sales individual to join their rapidly growing team. Our client runs industry-leading events around the globe and in four key sectors under their leading finance and insurance brands.
The sponsorship team is responsible for 75% of revenue generated. It is a fast-paced, high-performing team that is very customer-focused. It is also a very friendly and collaborative sales environment.
The Role:The role of the Senior Business Development Executive will be to learn the buy side and sell side within their markets and work on sponsorship campaigns. It is a varied role where you could be researching tier 1 companies and contacts, helping to create market maps, responding to enquiries as a result of targeted sponsorship email campaigns, setting up meetings and, of course, attending events in Europe and the US.
You will develop good collaborations with production, marketing, operations, and delegate sales, working as a team to get the best results. You will be learning constantly about B2B marketing solutions, and there will be a clear path to progression to sell bigger sponsorship packages and portfolio management.
Profile of Candidate:Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
