Join Caffè Concerto as a Telesales Operative, working to support branch operations and customer needs through calls, walk‑ins, bookings and orders.

• Handle day‑to‑day calls efficiently following Caffè Concerto standards.
• Assist walk‑in and branch customers with enquiries.
• Provide rapid support for branch enquiries.
• Process customer orders, updating the team on any changes, and report to stakeholders to maintain product freshness and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer matters efficiently and with priority.
• Remain calm under pressure and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Communicate effectively in various situations, clarifying orders with production to meet expectations.
• Apply cross‑selling skills to promote other Caffè Concerto models.
• Receive daily orders within cut‑off time, following up with branch managers as needed.
• Reconcile daily payments and orders on both dispatch and system, with no shortages.

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manners required.
• Essential sales skills are an advantage.
