There is already over 120 years of combined experience in the office, so you'll be joining a high performing environment from day 1.

Responsibilities

of a this position include:

Daily management of buyers
Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
Generate and conduct viewings
Negotiate offers
Generate and win new business
Sales progression
Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties

What you'll need:

4+ years Sales negotiator experience
Track record of winning new business
Proven track record
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Package:

£30,000 Basic salary
Car Allowance per month
Advanced commission for 3 months
£75,000 OTE
