Sales Director
Our client is a fast-growing connectivity and GSM solutions provider operating across multi-tenanted commercial buildings. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to drive growth, take full ownership of the sales function, and play a key role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead new business acquisition across multi-tenanted buildings, developing strong relationships with landlords, facilities managers, lift companies, and commercial tenants
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and confidently present tailored connectivity and GSM solutions
- Own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, from prospecting and negotiation through to contracting, delivery, and completion
- Coordinate closely with carriers, engineers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and service expansions to achieve strong commercial outcomes
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, following up on inbound leads and proactively generating outbound opportunities
- Review installations and provide structured feedback to help improve service levels and customer satisfaction
- As the business grows, take on the opportunity to build and lead a sales team
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and close deals at senior decision‑maker level
- Proven consultative sales experience, ideally within telecoms, IoT / M2M, facilities management, or technical services
- Highly self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and technical solutions
- Base salary: £40,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
- Commission: Uncapped, with 5%–10% of annual revenue generated
- Start date: Immediate hire preferred; candidates with short notice periods will be prioritised
