Graduate Sales Executive
Our client, a fast-growing fintech and merchant services provider, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants structured training, long-term development, and the chance to earn strong commission from day one.
You will be joining a company preparing to scale significantly, offering card payment solutions across the UK. Full product training is provided; no prior experience in merchant services is required.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and generating new business leads
- Making outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach to book appointments and introduce the company's payment solutions
- Learning how to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions
- Meeting achievable KPIs for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions
- Working closely with the senior sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and managing follow-ups
- Representing the business with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
- Confident communicator with strong spoken and written English
- Competitive, driven, and financially motivated
- Keen to learn the world of fintech, payments, and B2B sales
- Resilient attitude comfortable with outreach and building pipelines
- Professional, well‑organised, and eager to progress quickly
- A team player who thrives in a high‑growth environment
- £28,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £35k £45k+
- Full training on products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge
- Clear progression route into Business Development, Field Sales, or Account Management
