OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong sales ability, business discipline, and experience in buy‑side Order and Execution Management Systems, to join our EMEI sales team based in London. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise solution sales within the capital markets and will be disciplined about the pace of progression through the sales cycle. The successful Sales Executive will develop strong relationships, drive new business sales, and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities- Sell multi‑asset order and execution management systems in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
- Own the full life cycle of a sale – actively build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead generation and qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, GTM strategy and planning.
- Manage complex solution sales, working with product specialists to ensure that TT’s product suite can cover the prospect’s use case and requirements; suggest solutions/workarounds to meet these requirements.
- Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition and closing business.
- Work closely with other regional sales teams, contributing to global opportunities.
- Build and maintain GTM plans for top‑tier prospects.
- Hit/exceed annual and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand the roadmap and new product initiatives; work with Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our products forward.
- Prior experience in new business sales, especially negotiating enterprise and multi‑year deals.
- Exposure to the futures, fixed‑income, FX and equities markets.
- Good understanding of trading applications and the wider ecosystem (e.g., TCA, compliance, post‑trade).
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of sales experience.
