Service Now Sales Director

Systems Integration & Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for the sales and delivery of transformation solutions leveraging the Service Now platform and products. Candidates will demonstrate skills in the following areas:

  • Develop sales plans for the European region and drive sales to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain professional connections with existing and new customers and engage as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic planning, oversight, and consulting of emerging technology solutions in Service Now IT Workflows and Platform/App Engine.
  • High‑energy professionals with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and extensive experience selling IT solutions.
  • Ability to sell an evolving and expanding lineup of integrated products around Salesforce that meets customer needs.
  • Strong exposure to interacting with clients across industries and geographies.
  • Good understanding of domain and Service Now application & platform capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Over 10–15 years of experience in technology sales.
  • Strong credentials working with leading customers in the region.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/pre‑sales architecting, developing, and implementing Service Now and Service Now‑enabled solutions.
  • Experience working with Service Now partners, alliance teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with a global delivery model.
  • Ability to actively engage new and existing leads through creative follow‑up communications that increase interest in Service Now products and solutions.
  • Collaborative work with CEMs and account managers to build a pipeline across multiple product lines.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment; can abstract detail into larger patterns and apply user‑centered analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Role Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the overall Service Now order book across the assigned portfolio of accounts in the region.
  • Engage with CXOs and business owners, building strong customer relationships.
  • Create a deep understanding of the client’s business, challenges, and strategies within their existing Service Now setup.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed technical and Service Now pre‑sales team to shape proactive opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations.
  • Lead generation through alliances, marketing, and professional networks.
  • Work with individual account teams to create business development plans and execute them in relation to the Service Now portfolio.
  • Develop long‑term valuable relationships with clients, building and maintaining strong customer connections.
