THE ROLE

As a National Account Executive Sellout, in this customer facing role, you will be working closely with National Account Managers to execute the Sellout strategy for several of our large accounts, developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Success will be achieved through delivering sales out improvements across colour, care and styling, working cross functionally with brand, trade marketing, sales and education to deliver sellout to potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers annual sellout targets ahead of category growth, inline with Joint Business Plan.
  • Analyse sellout performance by key customer and report internally/externally in relevant forums with opportunities to accelerate.
  • Prepare Monthly sellout reports and present in monthly business review meetings with key drivers and drainers for the month.
  • Understands industry landscape and key influencers and acts as the voice of the customer internally, leveraging key insights to drive share & reapply across the indirect sales organization.
  • Analyse in store execution via planorama and report on weekly basis to achieve best in class in store fundamentals.
  • Prepare bespoke content/posts for customer mailers, social and e com.
  • Prepare monthly report on usage of content/share of voice online and offline.
  • Builds exceptional relationships with our customers, developing an in-depth understanding of their consumer, client journey and available touchpoints to ensure we are fit to win in top accounts.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team to execute deliverables agreed as part of Joint Business Plans in line with Wella IMP, leading the development and execution of differentiated sellout plans in store and online, leveraging key consumption periods.
  • Creates bespoke point of sale/merchandising materials and tailored campaign assets in line with customer brand equity & Wella brand guidelines to accelerate sellout
  • Own customer marketing A&CP and relevant contracted marketing budgets, ensuring all spend is forecasted, tracked, and evaluated accurately to maximise ROI for Wella and the customer.
  • Thinks digital first, with solid understanding of that impact the store environment and how to leverage these as part of customer joint business plans.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of excel skills to build dashboards to analyse sellout performance.
  • Advanced skills of Photoshop/Indesign or similar software to design sellout related content.
