AboutThe Role
As a Sales Representative, you will act as the first point of contact between our clients’ brands and their potential customers. Through professional and engaging interactions, you will help increase brand awareness and contribute to customer growth for our clients.
Full training is provided, making this role suitable for individuals at an early stage of their sales career.
Key Responsibilities- Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities
- Engage with customers in person and deliver clear product information
- Promote brand offers and services accurately and confidently
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Confident and approachable when working with customers in person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not required
