Over recent years they have demonstrated significant growth through developing an experienced management team and a successful sales team.

Our superb range enables us to provide a one stop solution to all companies in the hospitality and food service sectors and has led us to winning significant national business.

Due to expansion we are seeking to add to our sales team with an experienced Food service individual.

THE ROLE:

This opportunity involves managing and growing food service accounts within an established client base.

Although a large proportion of sales will be from trading accounts candidates will also be expected to add to the account portfolio through strategic new business.

You will invest time in menu planning and food costing at Chef and contract catering manager level.

Your account base will have an exciting mix of accounts including Hotels, Public Houses, Education, Healthcare and Schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to cover a well established territory and demonstrate growth through both existing and new business.

THE APPLICANT.

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional from within the food service industry.

  • Will have experience of sales into the catering/food service sector.
  • Is preferred to have a successful track record with independent end user accounts.
  • Will be comfortable with menu planning and food costing at chef level.
  • Will have an extremely service based approach to sales.
  • Will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in new business development across all areas of the food service market.
