About RIXO

RIXO was founded in a London living room by best friends Henrietta & Orlagh, united by their love of vintage and a vision to create unique, hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes. Today, our mission remains the same: to help women feel like the best version of themselves, confident, feminine, and empowered. From everyday dressing to occasion wear, we design with inclusivity and individuality at our core.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will own and drive RIXO’s wholesale business across Europe*, combining strategic oversight with hands-on sales execution.

  • Spain and Germany are managed by external agencies; this role leads and manages those agency relationships while directly driving sales across France, Italy, and the rest of Europe.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver Regional Ownership & Sales Growth
  • Take full responsibility for wholesale performance across Europe, driving both existing accounts and new market penetration.
  • Prospect, pitch, and convert new customers across key territories, continually expanding our footprint in premium retail locations.
Agency Management
  • Manage and motivate our Spanish and German external agency partners, setting expectations, reviewing performance, and ensuring brand alignment across all activities.
Showroom Leadership & Market Representation
  • Lead four Paris markets per year and host selected clients in our London showroom at our private King’s Road flagship apartment.
  • Elevate the showroom experience end-to-end: sales materials, sample coordination, budgets, models, and on-site execution.
Account Management & Performance Reporting
  • Deliver against seasonal and annual sales targets across RTW, Bridal, and Lounge categories.
  • Produce weekly and seasonal performance reports, analysing sell-through, stock levels, and market feedback to inform internal teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships.
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Oversee all pre- and post-selling processes, including order confirmation and delivery window communication.
  • Play a key role within a collaborative, customer- and sales-focused wholesale team; sharing responsibility for the overall wholesale setup and day-to-day running of the department, including management of the team assistant.
  • Work closely with Wholesale Operations, who oversee delivery of goods; supporting with customer requirements, communication and resolution of any delivery related issues or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with PR & Marketing to support store activations and strengthen brand visibility in key markets.
  • Collaborate with Design and the Head of Wholesale on range building, feeding market insights into collection development.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Support global projects such as pop-ups, trunk shows, in-store events, and other brand-building initiatives.
  • Contribute to business wide wholesale strategy with focus on the markets and customers you oversee.
  • Prepare end-of-season analysis across pricing, distribution, and territory performance as well as general market feedback.
About You
  • Experienced: 5+ years in international wholesale, ideally within contemporary or luxury women’s wear.
  • Well-connected:
You bring a valuable network across Europe and are confident navigating premium retail landscapes.
  • Commercially Driven:
You thrive on hitting targets, growing accounts, and securing new business.
  • Relationship-Led: A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and maintains strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Operationally Sharp:

  • Proactive & Positive:
