We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Membership team. As a key brand ambassador, you will help shape the member experience from the very first interaction. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where relationship-building, professionalism, and a luxury service mindset are essential.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, nurturing long-term member relationships, and representing BXR’s premium standards. You will:

  • Sell club memberships and drive secondary expense
  • Prospect and convert new business leads
  • Host events to generate in-club leads
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct monthly pre-planning for securing member referrals
  • Build rapport and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and actively participate in club services, programs, and offerings
  • Uphold BXR’s high standards of professionalism, discretion, and luxury customer service
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence working with incentive-based earnings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, personable, and engaging
  • Strong passion for health and fitness
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
