Last year we grew over 50% with nearly £3 bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8 bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.

In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest You Tube channels in the world with over 1.1 bn annual views, sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 m.

THE ROLE

As a key player in our rapidly expanding business, you’ll be at the forefront of forging strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups. Armed with a deep understanding of our partners’ goals, you’ll cultivate strong relationships and drive growth through consultative selling. Carwow is a well‑known automotive marketplace and we aim to win the hearts & minds of retailers – you will be central to that mission, working closely with our high‑performing Customer Success, OEM and B2B marketing teams to ensure our value proposition resonates with potential partners.

Your success will accelerate our market dominance and push into exciting new products & services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Hunt and Conquer:
    Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long‑term partnerships with key automotive retailers.
  • Build and Maintain:
    Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate and Influence:
    Partner with our OEM and B2B teams to position Carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers.
  • Persuade and Close:
    Deliver compelling presentations to C‑suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy‑in.
  • Drive Efficiency:
    Optimize our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management.
  • Contribute to Growth:
    Provide valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Proven success in B2B sales. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in the automotive or SaaS environments.
  • A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development.
  • A team‑player who has a desire to help grow a high‑performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • First‑class organisational ability, including CRM system management.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
  • Step 1:
    Phone call with a member of our Talent Team to find out more about your experience and why you want to work at Carwow.
  • Step 2: 1 hour video‑call with 2 members of our Sales Team.
  • Step 3: 1 hour in‑office task‑presentation with the Hiring Manager & the Head of Department.
