As a New Business Sales Executive at Guideline, you will drive growth in media planning and data solutions. You will identify, source, and close prospects, engaging inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Articulate the value of our media planning and data solutions to agencies, advertisers, and media owners.
- Educate prospects through the buyer’s journey and demonstrate how our solutions can fuel business growth.
- Identify and prospect into accounts, regardless of prior experience with our offerings.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self‑sourced leads, nurturing relationships.
- Analyze and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine strategic fit.
- Achieve and exceed quota targets by closing new and existing deals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy.
- Bring unique ideas to enhance our culture and future vision.
- Mentor sales development representatives to build pipeline opportunities.
- New logo acquisition:
Net‑new clients closed per quarter. - Pipeline generation:
Self‑sourced meetings, demos, proposals. - Quota attainment:
Quarterly revenue targets plus accelerators. - Activity metrics:
Daily outbound calls, meetings booked, MEDDIC‑qualified opportunities.
- Extensive full‑cycle sales experience.
- Strong hunter mentality with expertise in multiple outbound methods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work remotely and autonomously.
- 5‑7 years of customer management and sales experience in the UK or European markets.
- Proficiency in prospecting and closing net new business.
- Experience with media planning platforms, ad tech, or SaaS preferred.
