This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating confidently, and representing positive causes in a fast‑moving public environment.

• Speaking with members of the public at event and pop‑up locations
• Sharing clear information about current non‑profit campaigns
• Answering questions in a professional and approachable manner
• Encouraging customer participation and support
• Accurately recording customer interactions
• Maintaining excellent presentation and brand standards
• Following campaign guidelines and compliance procedures
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily performance goals

• Are confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Have good communication and listening skills
• Are dependable, punctual, and professional
