Location: Greater London

Lettings Negotiator - Whitechapel

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission OTE £40,000 - £45,000

Car Allowance £250 per month

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 - 10am - 4pm

Our client based in their stylish and trendy branch in Whitechapel is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year's experience to join their upbeat, energetic team. Their award-winning company prides itself on service and staff development.

The role will involve:

  • Identifying applicants' needs and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Viewing properties & negotiating offers.
  • Liaising with Landlords.
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service.
  • Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
  • Driving high value lettings through the office.
  • Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
  • Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
  • Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service.
    • The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • 1 year industry experience.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Sound business ethics.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter.
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
