Business Partner Manager

The Business Partner Manager at HCL Software is a key role focused on managing strategic partner relationships to drive mutual revenue growth. Responsibilities include helping partners grow their businesses, contributing to direct revenue growth, collaborating with the field team, and managing a set of selected partners. The role involves close engagement with a global organization, requiring cultural sensitivity and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic partner relationships for mutual revenue growth.
  • Drive partner success through joint account plans and regular reviews.
  • Contribute to direct HCLSoftware revenue growth and achieve sales priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the field team to achieve mutual goals.
  • Manage a set of selected partners for selling software solutions.
  • Engage with the global organization across various countries and time zones.
  • Work on pipeline generation, marketing, and enablement strategies.
  • Develop a joint go-to-market plan to increase market share.
  • Ensure commitment from partners for pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Monitor progress against business objectives and identify potential challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of partner management or sales experience.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and understanding enterprise software opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of software licensing business and sales models.
  • Experience driving partner-led sales engagements.
