We’re expanding rapidly across Europe, backed by a leading player in the furniture industry and renowned growth equity investors, and the UK is one of our key growth markets.
What you’ll do- Identify and reach out to potential customers across the UK market.
- Generate leads and nurture prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Conduct research, identify prospects, and manage the sales funnel from outreach through qualification, follow‑ups, and meeting booking.
- Manage the early stages of the sales funnel: outreach, qualification, follow‑up, and booking high‑quality meetings for the Account Executive.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead progression in our CRM.
- Represent the company professionally in first‑contact conversations, on phone, in writing and at in‑person events.
As a person, you are persistent, self‑motivated, and driven by a strong growth mindset. You communicate with confidence, deliver a compelling message and build rapport quickly. You’re also comfortable networking at events and speaking in client‑facing settings when needed.
In addition, you may have:
- Experience from hunting sales role, ideally cold calling or appointment setting.
- The ability to run high‑volume outreach with energy and consistency.
- Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Research & lead identification skills, including the ability to map accounts and find decision‑makers.
- A structured approach to your work, ensuring consistent follow‑up and pipeline momentum.
- A resilient attitude: you stay motivated even when faced with rejection.
