Your mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) your mission will be to open the door to new customer opportunities, while owning both your results and your earning potential.

What will you be doing
  • Proactively reaching out to prospective merchants with complex needs
  • Running focused, consultative discovery conversations
  • Understanding business models, priorities, and growth plans
  • Qualifying opportunities against clear criteria
  • Booking high-quality meetings for Key Account Managers
  • Preparing clear, structured handovers in CRM
  • Managing follow-ups and prioritisation with discipline
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers on target accounts
  • Sharing insight to support account strategy and conversion
Your story

You’ll be expected to balance curiosity with commercial judgement, and take pride in the quality of opportunities you pass on.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales development, inside sales, or outbound sales roles
  • Confidence engaging business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Consultative approach, asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in qualification and handovers
  • Comfort working towards activity and conversion targets
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Comfort working with autonomy, supported by clear expectations, coaching, and feedback
  • Ambition to grow, motivated by a role that builds credibility, earning potential, and long‑term career options
