Inside Sales Representative, Leo, EU Enterprise

We are seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Amazon Leo team. In this role, you will build pipeline and drive sales of Leo's satellite services to customers across a wide range of commercial markets. You will work closely with our field sales team, solutions architects, and product managers to identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and help close deals.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government based on your nationality, citizenship, and any other applicable factors.

• Act as initial entry point and triage for customer inquiries for the EU Direct B2B team.
• Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities for Amazon Leo services in assigned markets.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Work closely with Leo Deal Desk and Sales Operations to qualify leads and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to support larger, more complex deals.
• Stay up-to-date on Amazon Leo's technology, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

• Experience in Inside Sales in Enterprise Markets, working directly with end‑users rather than channel partners, with preference for satellite or cloud networking experience.
• Experience with developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Ability to speak French, Spanish, or German (preferred).

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
