Consultancy Sales Development Representative - January Start!

Looking to elevate your sales career? Fresh Grad or Junior Sales Executive ready to launch a high-earning career as a consultative SDR?

Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50K+ Year
1)

A client located just 36 minutes from Liverpool Street Station is seeking four SDRs to begin in January. This opportunity could be a great fit for those looking to advance their careers in sales. Founded in 2020, the company has enjoyed rapid growth in its market. In this role, you’ll work closely with both founders, contributing directly to their mission for continued success within the Tech Consultancy space.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Market Insight:
    Develop a strong understanding of your target market – key companies, decision-makers, industry trends, and where opportunities are emerging.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    Engage potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling) to uncover challenges, identify needs, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Consultative Outreach:
    Proactively connect with prospects using a tailored, value-driven approach – leveraging research, messaging, and multi-channel sequences to start conversations.
  • Pipeline

    Qualification:

    Guide prospects through the early sales cycle – qualifying leads, nurturing interest, booking high-quality meetings, and smoothly handing over to Account Executives.

  • Graduate (2:1 preferred) with strong commercial/sales experience
  • Confident, articulate communicator
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by high earnings
