Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Support- Collaborate with the Commercial Analyst, Senior Designer, Commercial Operations Director, and wider team to produce high-quality responses across various touchpoints for qualified leads. This could include brokerage, RFPs, client renewals, commercial consultancy projects and upselling opportunities.
- Assist in creating sales materials, including tracking documents (such as F1 Team tracker, available categories, and asset valuations), to support sales activities and track potential business opportunities.
- Take a leading role in streamlining processes and managing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Focus on identifying and implementing areas for improvement to ensure Right Formula can effectively grow revenue from both existing and new revenue streams.
- Proactively identify and research new business opportunities within the sports industry and among current clients to directly contribute to growing revenue.
- Assist in the development of tailored proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations to help win new business and renewals.
- Ensure these materials meet the needs of prospective clients while demonstrating Right Formula’s unique value propositions.
- Track and report on sales and business development progress, ensuring that opportunities are pursued and closed efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including commercial, strategy, integrated marketing, design, and client services, to ensure a unified approach to achieving the company’s short and long-term strategy.
- This involves regular communication and coordination to align efforts across different departments, ensuring that all teams work together to drive commercial success and profitability.
- Continuously monitor the sports industry landscape, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Use market insights to inform strategic decisions and help shape the company’s commercial strategies, ensuring that Right Formula stays ahead of industry developments and market demands.
- Assist in revenue forecasting by providing input into pipeline reports, tracking sales performance, and providing updates on business development activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting to support financial planning and business decision-making.
- Take part in negotiations with potential clients, partners, and sponsors.
- Work to close deals in a way that maximises value for the company, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Actively engage in networking opportunities to build relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and influencers within the sports sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay connected to key stakeholders and identify new business prospects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by staying informed on best practices, new technologies, and trends in the industry.
