What We’re Looking For:

    Experience:

    Ideally you would be an ex-recruiter who has had a big focus on Business Development, or some sales experience.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and a natural ability to build rapport.

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions.

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Pitching Value:
    Articulate the client’s SaaS solutions and tailor value propositions to match client needs, addressing their pain points and objectives.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, working closely with Account Executives to set meetings and demos.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to the overall success of campaigns.
