Job Description: As an Enterprise Account Manager at Raft, you will own the long‑term strategic relationships with global logistics giants, including world‑top 10 freight forwarders. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring clients maximize value from AI‑driven automation platform to transform their manual supply chain processes.

  • Lead complex contract renewals and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial, long‑term agreements while monitoring key account health metrics.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience managing and growing high‑value accounts within the SaaS or enterprise software space, specifically targeting the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building influence and rapport with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities and experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and customer success tools such as Gainsight or Totango.
