Job Description: As an Enterprise Account Manager at Raft, you will own the long‑term strategic relationships with global logistics giants, including world‑top 10 freight forwarders. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring clients maximize value from AI‑driven automation platform to transform their manual supply chain processes.

- Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities and experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and customer success tools such as Gainsight or Totango.
